The hotel had an amazing location right next to Palazzo Ducale, Piazza de Ferrari, and Teatro Carlo Felice, as well as the historic center, train station. All of the staff members were super-friendly and pretty friendly. the room was a good size and had a balcony, which I really liked.

the hotel is perfect and clean, the staff are excellent, location is particularly good in the heart of the city. the breakfast offers lots of coffee and cereals.

I couldn't be happier with the value I got for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had great internet access. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and close to many attractions. The staff treated me like family, providing me with a map and helpful tips for exploring the city. They even were really good too help me with a flight issue. I felt at home here.
